We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened items only.

Return Conditions

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, perfume bottles must be unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume bottles
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Gift cards or digital products

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the RA number clearly on the package
  4. Ship to the address provided by our customer service team

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
