General Shipping Terms

All orders placed on this website are shipped through third-party courier services selected during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before payment. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms acceptance of the selected shipping method, cost, and delivery conditions.

Courier Responsibility

Each order is weighed, documented, and handed over to the courier in sealed condition. Once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for transportation, handling, and delivery rests with the courier. Aroma Aura Perfume is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

Delivery Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Any delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details, absence of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery will be the customer's responsibility. In such cases, additional shipping or reshipment costs may apply.

Home Delivery Terms

If the customer selects home delivery, they acknowledge that delivery may be made to any adult present at the address. Proof of delivery provided by the courier (including delivery confirmation, tracking status, or recipient acknowledgment) will be considered valid evidence of successful delivery for dispute and chargeback purposes.

Additional Shipping Costs

In the event that the final shipping cost differs from the amount initially paid due to address changes, carrier surcharges, or special delivery requirements, the customer will be required to pay the difference before the order is dispatched or redelivered.
